We do not provide medical treatment ourselves.
AllQuest maintains institutional relationships with a curated network of NABH-accredited and JCI-recognised hospitals across India. These relationships are based on assessed clinical quality, subspecialty depth, and institutional reliability, not commercial exclusivity. Where a patient's condition is best served by a specific institution or surgeon, that is the referral we make.
Our clinical coordination team reviews your diagnostic reports, medical history, and procedural requirements. Based on this assessment, we identify the most appropriate subspecialist and institution, considering surgeon experience, case volume, procedural outcomes data, and the specific complexity of your presentation. Patients receive a structured referral summary, not a generic list.
The process follows a structured pathway:

AllQuest does not charge patients a direct service fee for facilitation. Our operational model is structured through institutional partnerships. All cost estimates provided to patients are transparent and inclusive, there are no undisclosed charges embedded in the process.
Yes. Many patients approach AllQuest specifically to seek a second or third subspecialty opinion before committing to a treatment decision. AllQuest coordinates expert consultations — including remote case review and video consultation with senior specialists so that patients can make well-informed decisions with access to the highest level of clinical expertise available.
AllQuest facilitates medical journeys for patients from across the world. We have coordinated care for patients from the Maldives, East and West Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and beyond. Our team is experienced in managing documentation, communication, and logistical requirements across different nationalities and jurisdictions.
AllQuest coordinates interpreter services for patients whose primary language is not English or Hindi. We work with professional medical interpreters in Arabic, French, Swahili, and other languages, ensuring that clinical communication between patient and physician is accurate and complete throughout the consultation and treatment process.
AllQuest maintains active coordination with treating hospitals throughout a patient's admission. In the event of clinical complications, our case managers work directly with the hospital's medical team to ensure appropriate escalation and management. Post-discharge, AllQuest supports the coordination of follow-up consultations, further investigations, or remote clinical advice as required.
The process begins with a consultation request submitted through the AllQuest website or via direct contact with our coordination team. You will be asked to share your medical records, diagnostic reports, and a summary of your condition. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a structured case assessment and initial referral recommendations.
